the late architect developer, Lucien P. Cassia designed and developed for +Cassia this high profile residential building on the corner of the Saint Joseph University in Ashrafieh’s upscale Tabaris district, in close proximity to the Beirut Downtown district.

The building fronts two quiet residential roads opposite the historically listed Villa Tabed, a 10,000m2 19th Century property with mature gardens and in close proximity to the St. Joseph University. 

The development consists of 13 single-unit residential levels of which 8 levels are typical floors of 430m2, 3 levels of non-typical layouts and the 2 top levels with a duplex penthouse.
