 +Cassia prepared a pre-concept design on a 60,000m2 branded mixed-use hospitality development comprizing of 183 hotel keys, a boutique office concept of 4,000m2 and 82 branded residences.

Designed as branded project in conjunction with French design celebrity Olivier Lapidus, the overriding principle of the project is to create a destination programme that combines socio-cultural programmes with galleries, music halls and lifestlye venues geared at creating a sustainable year long appeal.

The hotel operator is Elegancia Hotels of Paris, a specialist in lifestlye hotel destinations with a growing following of loyal guests.
