Very clear to read and recognize, this tower stands as a luxurious building that makes viewers wonder how it’ll be like to live up there. Balconies are very spacious all around the large middle parts of the façades. Corner balconies are only about 50 cm wide and just the necessary outdoor space that doesn’t affect the size of the rooms. Apartments and floors can easily be indicated due the ‘random-looking’ changes in the edges and balustrades of the balconies.

Kalantar tower has a large ground floor and a mezzanine used as an outlet and office spaces by Habib Bank. It rises with 22 floors of 96 luxurious apartments. It has a private health club on the 23rd and 24th floors. It also has a helicopter landing platform on the roof. Located on the prominent Sheikh Zayed Road, its simple shape makes it stand out in relation to the various extravagant business headquarters in its vicinity. As is common in most of Cassia’s buildings, this one is also an example of sculpture that did not escape being crowned.
