The Alpha Tower concept proposes an integrated mixed-use skyscraper destination in the close viscinity of the Armani Hotel Burj Khalifa.
Located on a 4,353 sqm site, the project's 121 floor mixed-use integrated program of 215,000 sqm is contained over three interconnected blocks of varying heights, and a superstructure height of 545 m / 1,788 ft.
Alpha's programme is conceived of as a community in the sky and designed as a best-in-class highrise superstructure, including branded hotels and residences, media and production functions, a design school as well as commerical and freehold offices.
The project concept engineering was performed by Khatib & Alami Beirut.
