Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, this landmark building houses the first Shangri-La Hotel in the Middle East. This project was a winning entry competition composed of offices, serviced commercial and furnished apartments and a hotel of 292 guestrooms & suites, an adjacent 11 story parking block provides up to 791 spaces including 78 outsides. The overall built-up area represents approximately 125,000 sqm.
As a five star hotel geared towards the high end of the business market, this project will incorporate state of the art designs for all requirements during short and long-term stays in Dubai. 292 guestrooms fully designed with the latest equipment and standards will provide service and facilities to the business and city travelers. For those staying for longer periods, 172 furnished and non-furnished apartments will constitute part of the hotel management services, allowing for a more private experience, whilst within the hotel. Geared at residents, hotel guests and outside visitors, these f&b outlets will animate the hotel podium levels spread over its five floors.
The fifth floor health club will house multiple sporting disciplines, as well as some spa features. Its unique feature is the 20 m swimming pool deck. Located across the 30-meter open-air bridge, on the parking block rooftop. It is designed to be accessible to both the residents and outside visitors, either from the hotel or from the parking block.
The executive health club, located directly across the penthouse restaurant at rooftop level, will provide exclusive facilities to be demanding clients in a more detached setting.
