(2000) Al Souaidi Villa Complex

These five spacious and luxurious villas are located in the Al Bateen area of Abu Dhabi. Facing a calm lagoon, they are fully equipped with staff quarters and a rooftop garden in a 24-hour security compound.

The client wanted a Mediterranean style suited to the Landscape and surroundings, which was articulated in the soft and restrained use of colours and materials.

An important factor in the design was ensuring each villa had an open view oriented towards the sea, which shaped the layout of each villa.

The master plan was designed to allow for a future development of the Client’s private residence.
