Set along the serene shores of Saadiyat Island, the proposed 40-storey residential tower rises as a sculptural expression of contemporary coastal living. Designed by xCassia, the project translates the island’s refined character into an architectural statement of lightness, proportion, and elegance.
Anchored on a 5,530 m² beachfront plot, the development encompasses approximately 60,700 m² of built-up area, comprising 264 residences — from spacious apartments and duplexes to sky villas framed by sweeping terraces and panoramic sea views. Its composition is defined by two slender concrete blades embracing a crystalline glass volume, capturing the play of light and reflection from sea and sky.
The podium, with its retail frontages and landscaped courtyards, integrates seamlessly into the pedestrian and leisure network of Saadiyat, fostering a sense of community while maintaining the privacy of residents. Rising above, sky decks and palm-lined terraces create elevated oases for leisure, while the tower’s façade system balances transparency and shading to ensure sustainability and comfort.
Internally, the tower’s planning emphasizes spatial clarity and orientation — each residence benefits from abundant natural light and uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. Amenities such as a health club, pool deck, and rooftop gardens elevate the lifestyle offering, while 399 parking bays are efficiently accommodated within the basement and podium levels.
The result is a vertical landmark that blends architecture and landscape into one continuous living experience — a tower that reflects xCassia’s vision of timeless design: sculptural yet restrained, contemporary yet rooted in place, and unmistakably part of Abu Dhabi’s evolving skyline.
