Building upon the natural advantages of the site and context, the Developer’s aspirations are to create a unique branded project catering to an affluent multicultural expatriate society who are based in the UAE or chose the UAE as a holiday destination. Such end-users and owners are driven by a search for content and lifestyle aspirations. The objective of the development narrative is to provide modern European style beachfront living in an eco-friendly master plan development with the concept of "Home away from Home" as a fist principle.
The Boarwalk is conceived of as an integrated mixed-use residential scheme located on a 7,517 sqm land parcel with a built-up area (FAR) of 306,900 sqf / 28,511 sqm. With an anticipated gross built up area of 41,700 sqm (including basements) allocated over two main blocks, the programme includes 89 branded unite and 101 serviced apartments with a lifestyle amenities programmes designed with Yoo’s inimitable touch.
