(2025) Cube Tower

Poised on the edge of the Red Sea, this striking 200-meter-tall residential tower reimagines high-rise living for the coastal skyline of Jeddah. Spanning 70,000m², the project introduces a sculptural composition of stacked, cantilevered glass volumes supported by a rhythmic array of monumental columns. The resulting silhouette is bold yet elegant—an icon of contemporary verticality that integrates seamlessly into its waterfront context.

The tower comprises 160 meticulously planned luxury residences, each positioned to maximize natural light, privacy, and uninterrupted ocean views. A central design ambition was to dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior life. This is achieved through biophilic strategies, including cascading gardens, panoramic terraces, and lushly landscaped sky pockets that bring nature into every level of the tower.

Residents and guests enjoy a suite of elevated lifestyle amenities, including entertainment lounges, a wellness spa, and panoramic rooftop gardens. The building’s podium integrates with a linear waterfront promenade, while a concealed underground level provides ample parking and private access.

More than just a residential high-rise, the project proposes a new typology for coastal cities—where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle converge in a vertical ecosystem of comfort, sustainability, and visual clarity.
