Set in a prime waterfront neighborhood along Miami’s coastline, this concept proposal envisions a 200-meter branded residence tower that blends sculptural elegance with deep environmental intelligence. The tower’s form is defined by gently parametrized curvature—not as aesthetic flourish, but as a direct response to the internal spatial program. The curved edges emerge from living areas that prioritize light, privacy, and panoramic exposure, translating domestic comfort into architectural rhythm.

Spanning 82,500m², the tower hosts 300 branded residences supported by 540 parking bays, with terraces and planted setbacks creating biophilic transitions between interior and exterior. A key sustainability feature is the integration of building-integrated photovoltaic glazing, allowing high-performance solar harvesting across select window surfaces without compromising visual clarity. This reduces operational energy loads and contributes to a more self-reliant energy profile.
