The $400 million project site occupies a 42,188 sqm see-fronting property along the Da Nang Beach in Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District in Da Nang City, Vietnam. By its size, it is considered one of the last remaining sea fronting sites of this scale in this part of town and enjoys 360 degrees of open view potential, with a North-South disposition and mild sloping from road to water level.

This 354,000 sqm mixed-use integrated development is conceptualized to become the most sought after leisure, entertainment and hospitality destination of Vietnam and the region.

As a signature destination, That Highline’s underlying motivation is to provide a multi-faceted urban and resort destination; programmed to create distinctive experiences across the day, week and seasons. Located on an undeveloped 42,118 sqm sea-fronting property on the Da Nang beach, the project will comprise of 2 luxury branded hotels, 4 condominiums and branded residences towers with penthouses, as well as the Highline and Eventscape and its two destination special events pavilions; with views to the mountains and sea.

The entire development will further be activated by a retail and f&b destination mix designed to engage residents and outside guests alike throughout the site and year.
