With over 23 years in the interior design industry, Mazen developed his in-depth expertise and leadership style while rising through highly-regarded design firms including Wilson & Associates and XCASSIA. 

Attentive to stakeholder interests, Mazen nurtures and invests in client relationships to ensure they yield successful outcomes with a focus on commercials, scheduling and design golas. He excels in the design management of medium to extra-large mixed-use hospitality developments throughout the Middle East and North Africa, with direct oversight and responsibilities encompassing the entire project’s lifecycle, from pre-planning, design development right thought impementation, construction oversight and handover.

Mazen graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Master of Science in Construction Management in 2000 following a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Egypt in 1997.
