Upon graduating with BA in economics and management, Olga acquired design experience in furniture manufacturing, tourism and hospitality experience before beginning a commercial management role in the supply and installation of equipment to the theme park industry. Olga conducted communications with key stakeholders and oversaw pre-planning right through to launching new theme parks. Olga’s role in the management of design and projects, sales, delivery and installation of equipment honed a multi-tasking skill-set which helped her manage several projects simultaneously.

Following an introduction to xCassia in 2016, Olga began supporting various projects with research and graphics and became familiar with xCassia’s work. Olga was invited to collaborate on communications and marketing related to branded designs for real estate projects, including the research and preparation of design brand folios and collateral for such brands as LANVIN, MUGLER, LAPIDUS, NTV, MyLoveAffair and many others. Olga was actively involved in the preparation of marketing and collateral material for the MUGLER Hotels, Resorts & Residences, the Electrodom, Sarah's Gray among a few designer brand launches. 

She is a member of +Cassia’s London team and supports global communication and or efforts, in association with xCassia's US and Middle East offices.
