Isabelle Leroux serves as XCASSIA’s principal legal advisor on intellectual property, brand protection, and global IP strategy. A consultant in Dentons’ Paris office and a senior member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice, she brings more than 25 years of top-tier international experience. After fourteen years at Dentons—where she has served as Partner, Senior Counsel, and now Consultant—Isabelle is recognized as one of Europe’s leading figures in trademark, copyright, design, and patent

Her practice spans the full spectrum of IP counselling, protection strategies , pre-litigation and litigation, international portfolio management, and complex cross-border disputes. Isabelle advises major corporations, creative leaders, and innovation-driven organizations on trademarks, designs, domain names, trade secrets, know-how licensing, R&D matters, IP due diligence, valuation, and IP-related tax structuring. She has led and coordinated significant litigation across Europe, the Middle East, and worldwide, and is known for her strategic insight in high-stakes IP conflicts.

Her experience includes advising major French and International companies and global luxury and entertainment brands, along with extensive work with designers such as Olivier Lapidus. She is frequently engaged on oppositions before the French INPI and EUIPO, domain-name disputes, unfair-competition cases, parallel-import actions, copyright litigation, and large-scale trademark enforcement programs.

Isabelle’s leadership in the field is reflected in her industry recognition: WTR 1000 “Gold,” Chambers France and Global, Legal 500 “Leading Partner,” Best Lawyers, IP Stars, WIPR, and Lexology “Thought Leader.” She also chairs the ICC’s “Anti-Piracy and Anti-Counterfeiting Task Force”, serves as a World Intellectual Property Organisation domain-name panelist, and is an active member of INTA, AIPPI, PTMG, ASIPI, APRAM and multiple international IP associations.
