Rajesh is a finance executive with over 25 years of senior management experience and expertise in real estate finance.

His work has spanned across verticals, including mixed-use real estate developments, luxury hospitality, retail, leisure & entertainment, food & beverage, and healthcare. Rajesh is recognized as a multifaceted leader with a strong record of driving megaprojects to deliver growth and profitability.

Rajesh served as the Group CFO for 5 years at Meraas Holding LLC, the largest investment holding company in the UAE and a leading real estate developer. He owned all financial aspects of projects with an aggregate value of $10 billion USD. This included marquee luxury real estate developments in the UAE such as: La Mer - waterfront luxury leisure and residences; Bluewaters - man-made island with luxury residences, retail and premium hospitality by the Caesars Entertainment Group; and CityWalk - an exclusive lifestyle community with residences, restaurants, retail, hospitality and healthcare. His role saw him drive critical investment decisions, fund-raising, and day-to-day financial operations. Under Rajesh’s leadership, the company achieved an exponential increase in profitability over 3 years. During his tenure at Meraas, Rajesh also led the IPO of Dubai Parks & Resorts which attracted prominent institutional investors including the sovereign wealth funds of Kuwait and Qatar.
