Rajesh Ramachandran is a finance executive with more than 25 years of senior management experience and a deep track record in real estate finance, corporate strategy, and large-scale capital structuring. His career spans mixed-use megaprojects, luxury hospitality, retail, leisure & entertainment, F&B, healthcare, education, and technology-driven ventures across the GCC, India, the UK, and Europe.
Rajesh served for five years as Group CFO of Meraas Holding LLC, one of the UAE’s most influential developers, where he oversaw financial strategy and corporate finance for projects exceeding USD 10 billion. He stewarded landmark developments including La Mer, Bluewaters, CityWalk, Jumeirah Bay, Dubai Parks & Resorts, and the Rove Hotels JV with Emaar. Under his leadership, Meraas achieved explosive profitability growth—over 800% in three years—while he drove investment decisions, structured fund-raising, managed long-term financial planning, and implemented group-wide treasury and reporting frameworks across more than 40 subsidiaries. Notably, he was a central architect of the Dubai Parks & Resorts IPO, attracting sovereign institutional investors from Kuwait and Qatar.
Rajesh also spent nearly two decades in senior finance leadership roles at Siemens, overseeing regional corporate finance, restructuring programs, export credit financing, multi-currency capital raises, and integration of new entities across the GCC and Europe. His experience extends to M&A, group restructuring, risk management, and the implementation of SAP and Hyperion across multinational operations.
Today, Rajesh serves as Chief Financial Officer at XCASSIA, where he oversees financial governance, project feasibilities, capital strategy, and investor engagement across the group’s global real-estate, hospitality, and branded-destination pipeline.
