Completed in 1970, the SIF Residential Building is a 16-story architectural marvel spanning over 65,000 square meters. It stands as a significant component of an original master plan featuring six towers, offering breathtaking vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and majestic mountains. This iconic structure comprises 186 luxurious apartments, ranging from 260 to 600 square meters in size. Notably, the design of this landmark introduced the innovative application of fair-faced concrete to Beirut for the first time.
