(2012-2014) The Bateen Wharf

Kohn Pederson Fox and xCassia completed design development studies for this 220,000 sqm mixed use hospitality development in Bateen Abu Dhabi which comprised of 3 Residential blocks, a W 275 key W-Hotel, 23,000m2 of commercial retails area and a destination retail and lesiure programme stragegy.

The towers are sited on top of a common parking plinth that is being developed as a landscaped promenade “the Podium” where the retails and commercial areas are. The buildings are in a circular position in plan to maximize views toward the waterfront.

The development contains 325 residential units divided into 3 separate blocks; the W hotel has around 275 Key.
