It stands clear of the surrounding semi-cluttered structures. This 18 stories residential building has 36 apartments that overlook street front views of the sea and back views of a vast palm grove and the city. The ground floor and mezzanine are used for retail outlets and face the sides as well as the main street. The entrance to the building is located at the back on a semi-private road alongside the grove.

The building is 8750 sqm and occupies a prominent position along Khalifa Street facing the Abu Dhabi Grand Hotel. The design program focused on maximizing public views towards the sea and streetscape whereas private functions within the apartments were oriented towards the palm grove located south-east of the apartment entrances - a peculiarity of the site that endows this residential building with a charm of its own.

Polished and sand-blasted granite tiles as well as corner balcony punctuations provide a horizontal rhythm that is balanced by main vertical bands, articulating the building’s cantilevers.
