Located on a stunning coastal site, the project aims to position a semi-urban semi-private eventscape plaza within an integrated mixed-used destination program where culture, art and music pursuits support a live-work-play-celebrate lifestyle principle.

Catered for an upwardly mobile millennial crowd that looks for sustainable lifestyles with residential investment opoprtunites within a mixed-use integrated project, this 130,000 sqm development includes a 350-400 key branded hotel with 250 branded residences, retail, special events pavilion, exterior landscaped park, a beach with amenities.

Central to the project is the 30,000 sqm branded eventscape which is designed as a landscape plaza that is equipped with media and show-case technologies, allowing for the entire area to transform into a stage set for corporate, private or public media-oriented events, exterior art exhibitions, but also a contemplative park for residents and visitors with cafes and restaurants. The media programme will be programmed to offer an annual series of sporting and musical events for live or streamed broadcasts.
