As of 2019, Heather & Marsh has taken steps to fuse the retail and interior lifestyle with by-appointment decoration solutions to its private VIP Clients, using exclusive trade partners it has accumulated over the years. Since 2019, Heather & Marsh developed its relationship with xCassia in order to spearhead a total-work-of-art approach with its Clients that seek not only the best designers, but also a branding proposition that takes the identity and exclusivity of their Homes to the next level.

As Founder and President of the company she founded, Wendy is also an Officer of the National Order of Merit of France, was Vice President and Board Member of Alliance Française of Hong Kon (since 2008 and 2005), Knighted by the French government as Chevalier of the National Order of Merit in 2005, promoted as Officer of the National Order of Merit in 2012, French Foreign Trade Advisor (2013-2019), Advisory Board Member at Laurent Perrier (since 2016), Honorary Award winner of The Golden Bauhinia Women Entrepreneur Award (2017) and President/Convener of the Hong Kong Chapter of the 'Institut International -Les Lumieres de Paris' (2018).
