xCassia's role was to provide design advisory on a retrofit of an old newspaper printing press into an state of art upscale 500 key lifestyle hotel, inclusive of external façade, interior remodeling, building engineering and other service enhancements and improvements.

The design response was to purify the building volumes and the study of appropriate cladding options. To make the property a key feature in its context, appropriate use of lighting and urban statements were proposed such as a large-scale green wall, organic and non-repetitive curtain wall with a new canopy structure to pronounce the ground floor functions.
