The Sarah Rafferty xCassia design signature explores architecture, interiors and furniture design inspired by key themes remeniscent of Sarah’s extraordinary lifestyle.

Speaking about her new role as Artistic Director with xCassia, Sarah Rafferty comments:
“I have always dreamed of designing spaces that reflect my life and travels, inspirations and discoveries along the way. Being able to now express this in a design language is truly exciting. Together with my great friends Jean-Paul Cassia, Olivier Lapidus and the teams around them, I wish to create destination projects and hidewaways in spectacular settings where guests and residents can unwind and detach themselves from everyday life in an environment that inspires a great way of living. It’s about great design and the stories they evoke.”

xCassia comments:
“Apart from Sarah’s extraordinary work as a performing artist, her persona on and off screen exudes a great North Amercian energy and charm that we discovered while creating the design language for her and around the interviews we conducted in Paris. “She is a lovely human being with luminosity and heart”, recalls Olivier Lapidus when first introduced to Sarah by the LANVIN team for fittings of dresses he designed for her attendance at the wedding of ex-SUITS co-star (and now Duchess of Sussex) Meghan Markle. “We found a richness in her references to nature, minimalism and culture from Sarah’s lifestyle”, comments Jean-Paul. "In our work together, we will create destinations with a heartbeat surrounding great food, culture, dreams, music... infused with a Hollywood glamour and vibe that Sarah embodies so well. We are delighted to be working with Sarah and her incredible team in this exciting new chapter in our respective work. Great designs and stories create timeless stages sets for the memorable adventures of life and in that sense, our vision of design could not be more aligned.”
