The Domino Destination is an iconic 500,000 m² coastal mixed-use master plan set to redefine the locations' position as a premier international tourism and investment hub.

Featuring a 380-400-meter-tall destination tower, this development concept will integrate luxury hospitality, branded residences, high-end retail, entertainment, and cultural attractions, setting a new benchmark for coastal resort living and experiential tourism.

Strategically located on both coastal and offshore sites, seamlessly connected by a 1.4 km overwater bridge, the project will offer an immersive, year-round tourism experience with over 350 five-star hotel keys, 560 branded apartments, and 234 exclusive overwater villas, providing unparalleled oceanfront luxury. Anchored by two world-class branded hotels, the tower will feature over 100 floors, including sky-high observation decks, signature fine-dining restaurants, and private residences with plunge pools and panoramic sea views.

Designed to function as a seamless extension of the city, the development will enhance the country's rich cultural and architectural heritage, reinforcing its status as a global luxury and cultural tourism destination. The project’s integrated commercial and entertainment district will encompass a 108,000 m² premium retail and dining complex, a state-of-the-art conference center, a cultural pavilion, a feature aquarium, and the vibrant "Electrodom" branded entertainment zone. Additionally, the yacht club, two marinas, helipads, and a multi-faith wedding pavilion will attract elite travelers, high-net-worth individuals, and global event organizers.

Beyond its tourism and hospitality impact, Domino Destination aligns with the country's economic diversification and infrastructure investment goals, stimulating Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and domestic investment opportunities. Committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, the project adheres to industry-leading green building practices and supports the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
