Domino Destination – Development Concept

The Domino Destination is a landmark ~536,000 m² coastal mixed-use master plan, designed as a new global icon for luxury tourism, branded living, and cultural investment.

Anchored by a 380–400m tower rising over 100 floors, the development integrates branded residences, exclusive overwater villas, luxury hospitality, high-end retail, cultural venues, and entertainment IP, creating a benchmark for destination resort living and experiential tourism.

Program Highlights

- 234 overwater branded villas, each 360–500 m², offering unrivalled oceanfront exclusivity

- 560 branded residences and 200 hotel-branded apartments within the tower and podium

- Two luxury hotels (~360 five- and six-star keys), complemented by signature sky restaurants, private plunge-pool residences, and panoramic observation decks

- Commercial & Cultural District: 108,000 m² of premium retail and dining, a convention and exhibition center, cultural pavilions, a feature aquarium, and the branded Electrodom entertainment venue

- Lifestyle & Leisure Infrastructure: yacht club, two marinas, helipads, multi-faith wedding pavilion, and underwater museum

Strategically planned across coastal and offshore sites connected by a 1.0-1.5 km overwater bridge, the project is designed to deliver an immersive, year-round destination experience, blending architectural innovation with cultural and environmental sensitivity.

Strategic Positioning

The Domino Destination is conceived as a globally competitive development platform that can be deployed in leading coastal markets. By combining iconic design, luxury brand collaborations, diversified revenue streams, and strong off-plan sales potential, the project offers investors a unique opportunity to participate in the creation of a destination-defining mixed-use asset with enduring global appeal.
