Bosque Park 1 is envisioned as one of potentially ten or more commercial centers strategically positioned around key recreational plazas within the broader urban master plan. This project offers a tailored design solution for one such node, responding to both its commercial goals and civic context.

These plazas are designed to cluster essential public services—such as banks, places of worship, reception halls, daycare centers, and medical clinics—creating a vibrant civic core. Bosque Park 1 is uniquely positioned to serve its surrounding community from a highly visible, central location. The design approach reflects this by addressing three main goals:

Civic Identity: Through the use of "beacon iconography," the architecture offers clear visual markers to enhance long-range visibility for drivers and pedestrians.

Community Engagement: A carefully curated food and beverage program animates the civic plaza, designed to foster public interaction and encourage a café culture at both ground and first-floor levels.

Landscape Activation: The Bosque Plaza itself acts as a landscaped anchor—drawing people in and establishing the project as a social and spatial focal point.

At the ground level, the F&B zone offers leasing opportunities for third-party operators, particularly franchises, with outdoor seating integrated along the park’s edge. The first floor extends this experience with elevated terraces serving both visitors and staff, and includes a dedicated, shaded children’s play area as part of the dining experience.

Sustainability is woven into the architectural concept. Barrel-vaulted volumes house hydroponic labs for organic farming, powered by photovoltaic panels on the roof. Terraced walkways connect first-floor retail units and offer direct access to the park via an integrated stairwell within one of the facade’s beacon structures—reinforcing permeability and civic connection across levels.
