Set within 7,700 sqm of landscaped grounds, this palatial retreat was conceived as a rare balance of ceremony and privacy, shaping an environment that responds equally to family life and formal hospitality. The design carefully mediates between grandeur and restraint, creating a residence of quiet authority rather than excess.

At ground level, the private domain unfolds around the swimming pool through a graceful single-loaded arched corridor linking two master suites and four independent bungalow suites. The sequence culminates in a dedicated gym and clubhouse pavilion, while constant access to gardens and water preserves a relaxed resort atmosphere. Each bungalow is subtly elevated to capture views across the grounds and accessed independently from a discreet rear road, allowing flexibility for guests and multi-generational living.

The public realm is elevated to the first floor and approached by a ceremonial arched ramp. Here, two grand majlesses are arranged with adjoining dining, sitting, and projection rooms around a dramatic central hall, establishing a clear axis of arrival and reception. Skylit interiors are animated by large aquariums, introducing movement and light into the formal spaces.

A palette of aged barrel roof tiles, pink Carrara marble, gold mosaics, red marble columns, and solid oak frames lends richness and permanence. Combined with fountains, gardens, and water courts, the architecture moves beyond conventional palace typologies to become a refined retreat of distinction: formal yet familial, monumental yet deeply personal.
