Originally envisioned for a prime seafront parcel within the Al Zorah Development in Ajman under the YOO brand, The Boardwalk is a striking mixed-use residential scheme designed to embody contemporary beachfront living with a distinctly European flair. Spanning a 7,517 sqm land parcel, the project offers a built-up FAR of 28,511 sqm (306,900 sqf), with a total gross construction area of approximately 41,700 sqm including basement levels.

Anchored by two elegant, sculptural towers linked by a dramatic skybridge, the design leverages the site’s panoramic coastal frontage to create a bold architectural statement. Fluid forms, expansive glazing, and wraparound balconies define a building language that is at once modern, timeless, and intimately connected to its surroundings. The twin towers house 89 branded residences and 101 serviced apartments, complemented by a comprehensive suite of amenities curated with YOO’s signature design sensibility.
